Occupational Therapist Business Cards for OTR/L Licensed Practice

Occupational therapists (OTs) help people engage in the activities that give life meaning — working, caring for themselves, playing, attending school, and participating in their communities — after illness, injury, disability, or developmental delay has affected their ability to perform these "occupations." OTs assess functional limitations and provide skilled interventions, adaptive strategies, equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications across the lifespan, from premature newborns in the NICU to older adults aging in place.

What OT Cards Include

Your Credentials

  • OTR/L (Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed) — the standard combined credential showing both NBCOT certification and state licensure; the most common way OTs present their credential
